"Nice little savings on my last booking"
I’ve booked through vio a few times now, and the loyalty rewards have been a pleasant surprise. On my last booking I managed to save a bit, which felt like a small win since travel costs add up so fast. My only gripe is that I wish the points and discounts were explained a little more clearly, because it can be confusing at times. Overall though, it’s been a good value for me. Solid 4 stars.

"Quick booking and decent price"
I booked a hotel on vio.com and it was literally quick and easy. The price was good, and the confirmation came through fast, which I appreciated. The only thing is the website could be a little clearer in some places, but overall it worked fine for me.

The room looked like the photos for the most part. I remember walking in and thinking, okay, this is basically what I expected, which was a relief. There were maybe a few little differences here and there, but nothing that really threw me off or felt misleading.

"Cancellation worked, but it was a little stressful"
I booked through vio a while back and ended up needing to cancel later. From what I remember, finding the cancel button wasn’t hard, but the confirmation email didn’t come through as quickly as I expected, so for a bit I wasn’t sure if the cancellation had actually gone through. I also remember the refund details being a little vague, which made it more stressful than it needed to be. It all worked out in the end, but I wish the process had felt clearer in the moment.

I booked through vio.com and everything was mostly on point. The hotel details seemed accurate enough, the room looked like the photos, and the location info was right. The only thing I noticed was that the breakfast times were a little different than listed, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience.

"Booked a hotel on my phone with no drama"
I used vio.com on my phone to book a hotel at the last minute, i was kind of expecting it to be annoying because mobile booking can be a whole thing. But the pages loaded quickly, the filters were simple enough to use on a small screen, and I remember thinking, okay, this is actually going smoothly.
The confirmation email came through right away, and the price matched what I saw at checkout, which is always the moment where I’m like, please don’t surprise me now. Nothing super fancy or over the top, but it did exactly what I needed it to do.

"Annoying Surprise Fees at Checkout"
It worked fine and the price seemed okay at first, but then they waited until the last minute to show the extra fees. That really annoyed me because it feels like they’re trying to sneak more money out of you. I still ended up using it, but definitely check the final total before you pay.

Got a good price and the booking went through fine, but the hotel didn’t seem to have the details right away from the provider. Had to wait a bit at check-in while they looked it up. Worked out in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience

Vio made everything really easy to follow. The booking details were clear, and the emails came through quickly with all the info I needed. No long, confusing wording or anything like that, just, uh, simple and straightforward. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Good value once the booking issue was sorted"
Booking through vio was easy, but when I got to the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation right away. I had to wait a bit while vio support helped sort it out, which was definitely frustrating after traveling. Once it was fixed, everything was fine, the room was comfortable and the price was good, so it still ended up being a solid deal overall.

It’s okay overall, but it feels a bit clunky to use. I was expecting something smoother based on what was promised, so it’s frustrating that it doesn’t really live up to that.

"Worked out, but I was definitely suspicious"
I booked a hotel through vio because the price was almost a little too good, which already made me wonder what the catch was. After I paid, I did get the confirmation, but when I contacted the hotel, they couldn’t find my booking right away. That definitely put me on edge. Support eventually replied, but their answer wasn’t super clear, so I wasn’t exactly reassured. In the end, everything worked out and I got the room, but the whole thing felt more stressful than it needed to be. If I use them again, I’d probably call the hotel first before assuming the booking is actually in their system.

"Booking issue got sorted in the end"
My booking confirmation wasn’t showing correctly, and it was a bit stressful at first trying to figure out who to contact. Vio support did take a little while to get back to me, so yeah, waiting was a bit annoying, but once they replied, they fixed it properly. I do wish the first response had been faster, faster for sure, but they handled the issue fairly and got it sorted. 4 stars from me.
